B. GENERAL PRINCIPLES RELATED TO GDPR B.1 The information you may request, as well as the information contained in this document are provided free of charge, on the condition that they are well founded, not excessive and non-repeatable. Otherwise, the company may charge you at a reasonable cost or refuse to provide the information of your request. B.2 If the company has any doubts regarding your identity when applying for the exercise of your rights, it may request more information in order to confirm your details and process your claim. The General Privacy Policy refers to the provision of information in a "concise, transparent, comprehensible and easily accessible way" using clear and simple wording. C. PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING C.1 Partners - Customers - Suppliers - Employees For the active customers, suppliers and partners of our Company, the purpose of processing your data has to do only with the execution of the contract between us and the compliance with the tax legislation. Legal basis is the execution of the contract between us and the law compliance. The retention time of your data is the one set by the tax legislation and will be deleted just after it expires. C.2 Candidate Partners - Customers - Suppliers As far as prospective associates, customers and suppliers are concerned, we do know that your personal data (name, telephone, e-mail, address, etc.) you have provided to our Company over a digital or printed communication form, e-mail , telephone etc, aim at investigating the possibility of collaboration or transaction between us. D. RIGHTS D.1 Right to information You have the right to request the provision of information to our personal data that we keep after having collected by you. D.2 Right of access - correction Our company is required to provide you with access to the data we hold on which you are interested in, as well as to confirm whether or not your data is being processed, the purposes of the processing, the data categories, the recipients etc. You also have the right to request the data correction if they have been changed or entered incorrectly. You retain the right to complain to the supervising authority in case that the existing information has not been provided on your own and you realize the existence of a profile and an automated decision making. D.3 Right to oblivion - deletion It constitutes one of the flags of the regulatory reform effort. E. DATA SECURITY - WARRANTIES The Company takes all the necessary technical and organizational measures to protect your data as defined by the law and solely for the above purposes. The Company will not promote your personal data, except in those cases that it might be required by the law (Tax Office, Insurance Companies, etc.) and/or by the providers supporting the Company's information systems.
